You can either create it via "My Account" in the top right corner of our home page or when you order. Creating an account offers you a fast and secure way to order. It is also used to track your order and to receive emails regarding its status. Your account also allows you to manage your delivery addresses so you don't have to re-enter them when you order. To connect to your account, click on the "My Account" area at the top right of the home page. Enter your email address and password and validate. If you wish to delete your account, please contact us. Please note that deleting your account will result in the loss of your entire purchase history.

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the DHL tracking number. You can also go to the "My Orders" section of your account to check the status of your order and access your tracking.

You have the possibility to pay your order by Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Stripe, Apple Pay and Klarna. Your banking information is never in our possession. Transactions are entirely processed by the secure payment module of our partners. Your payment is totally secure. Your bank account will be debited upon validation of your order.
